MCR active are currently assessing demand for an indoor bowls centre in Manchester.

The survey will assess what demand for such a facility might look like from members of the public, any barriers that may exist and what additional facilities they would like to see provided.

  1. It would be great to have a Indoor Bowling Centre in the North west, we lost a good one near Blackpool, it is good exercise for all age’s.

  2. Yes there should be a indoor bowling venue in Manchester, in the winter months I play indoor bowls at Blackburn, and also at Darwin leisure centre, I wish they was some where nearer, I think they should be encouraging my age group which is 72 to move about more for social and wellbeing.
