The survey will assess what demand for such a facility might look like from members of the public, any barriers that may exist and what additional facilities they would like to see provided.

Coach pick up points are Marton Institute, Blackpool (FY4 4DR) at 10:30am and then Penwortham Sports Club, Preston (PR1 9QE) at approx. 11:00am
