Ladies Pairs -was held at at Ighten Mount Bowling Club, Burnley on Sunday 6th October.
The winners were Sarah Edmondson and Emily James who defeated Cat Lockwood and Karen Kenworthy in the final.
Many thanks go to Ighton Mount members. The green was in amazing condition, great catering and we really appreciate the little extras. (Drying the benches, clearing the green of leaves and gutters too!)
President Day – North Lancs & Fylde Ladies held their President Day on Sunday 4th August at Singleton Bowling Club. This years Ladies President is Frances McMeeken. There was an excellent number of entries from players across the county. The competition was won by Julie Murphy who placed brilliant all day. Runner-up was Caroline Hall. Many thanks to Singleton BC and their members for hosting the event and supplying the refreshments.
County Individual Merit – was held on Saturday 11th May at Frenchwood Social & Bowling Club, Bence Road, Preston
It was beautiful day and the final was contested between Joan Beer and Cat Lockwood. Congratulations to Joan who was victorious 21-18. Both Joan and Cat will represent the county at Senior Individual Merit (Hawcoat Park, Cumbria) on Saturday 13th July

The competition was won by Carol Darley and Liz Bennett who defeated Joan Jolly and Eileen Pye in the final. Both pairs now qualify to represent the county at the BCGBA Dorothy Piearce Pairs Finals at Littleover Bowling Club, Derbyshire, on Saturday 3rd August
