The Away team will be playing at Bradley Park Bowling Club, off Delamere Rd, Gwersyllt, Wrexham, LL11 4DA. Places are available to travel on the coach with the team. Cost of travel is £5 per person. Please contact Andy Cairns on 07766 731782 to book your seat. Coach pick up points are Marton Institute, Blackpool (FY4 4DR) at 10:30am and then Penwortham Sports Club, Preston (PR1 9QE) at approx. 11:00am

Greenacre Honda will have a car on show on finals day too. There garage is very local to the club.

On the day as well as the brilliant bowling action, there will be music playing during practice and any breaks in play and we will have many of our amazing sponsors in attendance.

Facilities: Plenty of seating and shelter. Tea, coffee sandwiches and cakes will also be available to purchase.

Car Parking: As the Club is situated in a residential area, we have secured parking for the away coach, all the home players, and spectators at Lytham Primary Care on Victoria Street, Lytham, FY8 5DZ. (5 mins walk to the bowling green)

Alec sadly passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Thursday 27th April, aged 78 years.

Alec was President of North Lancs & Fylde County Bowling Association in 2018/19, and a former Secretary of the Preston & District league. He had many friends across the bowling community.

Loving husband of Linda, much-loved dad of Deborah, Jacqueline & Mandy, a greatly-missed grandad to Amy, Alex, Jasmine & Olivia and a cherished great-grandad to Ellie, Delilah & Noah.

Alec’s funeral service will take place at Preston Crematorium on Wednesday 17th May at 10.30 am.

Family flowers only please and donations if so desired are to The Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Association (A rare form of Parkinson’s).
